1. About us
This site is operated by Daryadel Merchant Solutions Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 17336578, with its registered office at 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NA. You can reach us at daryadelmerchantsolutions@gmail.com.
2. What we are and are not
Daryadel Merchant Solutions Ltd is an independent consultancy. We are not a bank, a card scheme, a card scheme member, an acquirer or a registered Independent Sales Organisation. We do not approve applications, set processing terms, hold funds, or act as an agent, employee or representative of any payment company. Nothing on this site is an endorsement by, or affiliation with, any payment brand or manufacturer.
3. Use of this website
You may use this website for lawful, non-commercial browsing and to contact us about our services. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, misuse the contact form, or submit false or misleading information.
4. Information on this site
The content on this site is provided in good faith and for general information about the services we offer. It does not constitute a quote, a contract, or professional advice. Any figures shown as placeholders (for example "£___") are indicative only and will be confirmed in writing before any work begins.
5. Enquiries and quotes
Submitting the contact form does not create a contract. Any quote we provide is subject to further information, underwriting by the relevant third-party provider where applicable, and written confirmation. Card processing terms are set by the third-party provider, not by us.
6. Website projects
Where you engage us to build a website, the specific scope, deliverables, timelines, fees and payment terms will be set out in a separate written proposal or agreement which will govern that work in place of any general description on this site.
7. Intellectual property
The design, text, graphics and layout of this site are owned by or licensed to Daryadel Merchant Solutions Ltd. You may not reproduce or reuse them without our written permission, other than short excerpts for the purposes of fair review or reporting with attribution.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law. Subject to that, we do not accept liability for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of data arising out of your use of this website.
9. Third-party links
This site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or availability of those sites and inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.
