1. Who we are
This website is operated by Daryadel Merchant Solutions Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17336578, with its registered office at 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NA ("we", "us", "our"). We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website.
For any privacy question or request, contact us at daryadelmerchantsolutions@gmail.com.
2. Personal data we collect
When you use the contact form on this site, we collect:
- Your name
- Your business name
- Your trade or business type (optional)
- Your phone number
- Your email address
- The nature of your enquiry (card payments, website, or both)
- Any additional message you choose to send
We also automatically collect technical information (IP address, browser type, pages visited) through standard server logs kept by our hosting provider. This is used to operate and secure the site.
3. How we use your data
- To respond to your enquiry and provide a quote
- To communicate with you about services you have asked about
- To keep records required for our own legal and accounting obligations
- To operate, secure and improve this website
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
4. Lawful basis
Under UK GDPR (Article 6), we rely on:
- Legitimate interests — to answer enquiries you have voluntarily sent us and to run our consultancy business.
- Consent — where you have optionally provided information (for example a message) beyond what is strictly needed to reply.
- Legal obligation — where we are required to retain records for tax, accounting or regulatory reasons.
- Performance of a contract — where we have agreed to provide services to you.
5. Who we share your data with
We share personal data only where necessary, with:
- Our hosting provider, which stores the site and processes technical logs on our behalf.
- Third-party payment providers we introduce you to, but only after you have asked us to and only to the extent needed to progress your application.
- Professional advisers (accountants, legal advisers) and regulators or law enforcement where we are legally required to do so.
We do not transfer personal data outside the UK or EEA unless appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with UK GDPR.
6. How long we keep your data
Enquiries that do not become customers are kept for up to 12 months and then deleted. Records relating to customers are kept for as long as needed to provide services and, afterwards, for the period required by law (typically six years for accounting records under HMRC rules).
7. Your rights
Under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 you have the right to:
- Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct data that is inaccurate
- Ask us to delete data where there is no good reason for us to keep it
- Ask us to restrict or object to processing
- Ask for your data to be provided to you in a portable format
- Withdraw consent at any time, where consent is the basis for processing
To exercise any of these rights, email daryadelmerchantsolutions@gmail.com. We will respond within one month.
8. Complaints
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO):
Information Commissioner's Office, Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9 5AF. Helpline: 0303 123 1113. Website: ico.org.uk.
9. Cookies
This site does not set any advertising or analytics cookies. Only strictly necessary cookies (for example those required to run the website itself) may be used. If we add analytics in future, we will introduce a consent banner that is off by default in line with PECR and UK GDPR.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the personal data you share with us, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access controls on our email and records. No system is entirely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of the page will indicate when changes were made.
